Aleio Perfumes' SHIPPING POLICY
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Rajkot, Gujarat – India, by courier. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order:
- India Wide – 7 to 13 business days
Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 8pm, Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
Aleio Perfumes takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Aleio Perfumes is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are provided at the time of checkout, and consumers will be informed of these charges before making payments.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed of the delay and the revised delivery schedule.
Damage and Missing Items
- Aleio Perfumes is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery. It is important to inspect your package at the time of delivery.
- In the event of any damage, missing items, or incorrect product deliveries, please report the issue to our customer service team immediately on the day of delivery. An unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory for claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, or damage.
- If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or defective, we recommend that you refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and contact our customer service immediately.
